RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We want customers to be satisfied with their purchase. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us.


1. RETURNS

Due to the nature of printed products, we accept returns only in limited cases.

Returns or replacements may be accepted if:

  • the item arrived damaged
  • the wrong item was received
  • the product has a manufacturing defect

Requests must be submitted within 2 days of delivery.


2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We do not accept returns for:

  • buyer’s change of mind
  • incorrect order selection
  • minor color differences caused by screen settings
  • items damaged after delivery

3. DAMAGED ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • photos of the item
  • photos of the packaging
  • order number

We will review the claim and offer a replacement or refund when appropriate.


4. REFUNDS

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method.

Processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on the payment provider.


5. RETURN SHIPPING

If a return is approved:

  • customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was ours
  • items must be returned unused and in original condition.
