Europe: 3–10 business days
International: 7–20 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on:

- customs processing
- seasonal demand
3. SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- destination
- package size
- shipping method
Promotional free shipping may occasionally be offered.
4. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & IMPORT TAXES
International orders may be subject to:

These fees are not included in the purchase price and must be paid by the customer if required by local authorities.

When available, a tracking number will be provided after shipment.

6. LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
Once a package has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of our control.
However, we will assist customers in contacting the carrier when necessary.
7. INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.
We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect address information provided at checkout.
